Webtrends Analytics 9.2b
Cause
When attempting to install Service Pack 1 for Webtrends 9.2b an error is received stating that the files and components the service pack is designed for are not present.
Resolution
The service pack is designed only for systems that have the Reporting and Administration UI or the Insight Alerts and Realtime Engine installed. If the system you are trying to install the service pack on have none of these, it will give this message.
