Issue
After running the uninstaller, the installer still wants to modify or remove the product, which it is not fully able to do, keeping you from installing the product.
Cause
The issue is that in the registry, there are some keys the cleaner cannot remove due to new GUIDS for keys.
The keys are under here:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall
To find these keys, use the Webtrends support link “http://www.webtrends.com” as a search term in regedit, and delete the key the term appears in. This will get the entry out ofControl Panel\Programs\Programs and Features and allow the installer to install.
