Cause
You need to reload a VDM EDB, and need to know how far back we have logs or backups.
Resolution
Most events have a default retention of 13 months. Confirm this by editing the profile and going to Events > Event Retention.
Backups are made of the EDB data for the profile every Friday. The previous week’s backup is overwritten by this backup.
VDM EDB reloads will use standard LFR/LFA logs for the profile. Check the data source(s) that the profile is using and the standard Webtrends On Demand repositories to determine how far back we have valid data for a reload.
