Issue

After upgrading to Webtrends Analytics 8.1x, direct report access (DRA) links no longer work.

Resolution

An IIS plugin called UrlScan is used to prevent the IIS server from serving unwanted file types by locking down the file list it’s allowed to serve. This program has an .ini file listing acceptable file extensions. Add the .wlp extension to the list of allowable files and perform an iisreset from the command line on the server.
