Issue
Webtrends is installed on a 64-bit machine. A custom report uses a custom data source that points to a database. When the job runs the following error displays:

Resolution
Only the 64-bit version of Webtrends Analytics 8.5x is supported on a 64-bit operating system. To resolve this issue, install Webtrends on a 32-bit operating system (8.0x and 8.1x) or else upgrade to a later version (at least 8.7d), after which the 32-bit ODBC driver will be able to successfully interface with the Webtrends application.
