No reports are available in Insight

Issue

When viewing reports in the Insight user interface, no reports display, though they are available within the standard user interface. An additional symptom of this behavior is “Reports (0)” displayed in the lower left-hand corner of the user interface.

Resolution

To resolve this this issue, refresh the profile’s template within the standard user interface by opening and then saving them (no modifications need to be made).

To complete this process perform the following steps on all templates under which profiles are affected:

1. In the standard Webtrends user interface, navigate to Report Designer > Templates.

2. Edit the default template for the profile, then save without making changes.
3. Log out of the standard Webtrends user interface, then log into the Insight user interface and verify the reports display data as expected.
