Insight Graphs Won’t Load In Internet Explorer 9 or 10

Cause

When loading Insight, graphs only display a loading circle when using Internet Explorer 9 or 10.

Resolution

Insight is not compatible with Internet Explorer 9 or 10. Use Internet Explorer’s Compatibility View in order to view the graphs. Instructions for turning on compatibility mode can be found here:
