Cause
Webtrends reports fail to show any traffic coming from the Apple iPad 2 device.
Resolution
There is no solution at this time. Apple has provided the same user agent string and device model object to the iPad2 as they did the original iPad. This makes it technically impossible to differentiate between the two devices.
The iPad user agent string:
Mozilla/5.0 (iPad; U; CPU OS 4_3 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/533.17.9 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/5.0.2 Mobile/8F190 Safari/6533.18.5
The iPad2 user agent string:
Mozilla/5.0 (iPad; U; CPU OS 4_3 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/533.17.9 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/5.0.2 Mobile/8F191 Safari/6533.18.5
