How does Windows Mobile show up in the Platforms Report?
Resolution
In Webtrends Analytics 8.0d and previous versions, Windows Mobile will display as “Unknown” unless this is included in the browsers.ini in the Webtrends installation.
When included, it will display as follows in the Platforms reports:

If you wish to report on Windows Mobile, and you are using a version prior to 9.3. Please contact Webtrends Technical Support to upgrade.
