After configuring a new Score rule set in Visitor Data Mart, the only way to view Score data is by using a Named Query. For Webtrends Visitor Data Mart On Premises customers, write a Named Query using the external views for the profile’s Event Database. For Webtrends Visitor Data Mart On Demand users, contact your Webtrends account manager to scope a services engagement to produce the named queries needed for the desired results.
