Cause
Resolution
During application of the Service Pack 2 update to Webtrends Analytics 8.7d, the following five files will be modified:
Webtrendscommonjrebintzupdater.jar
WebtrendscommonlangWRCUISql.properties
WebtrendscommonuiserverWEB-INFlibwrc.jar
WebtrendscommonuiserverWEB-INFlibreport.jar
Webtrendsmodulesagentagent.dll
Only one of these will display an indication of a change. Hover the mouse pointer over the following file:
Webtrendsmodulesagentagent.dll
A “File Version: 8.7.4.xxx” should display.
The version after SP2 has been applied should read:
8.7.4.247
If unsuccessful, the following version will display:
8.7.4.209
If you still see 8.7.4.209 after running the SP2 installer, verify you have Administrator privileges on the server and run the SP2 installer again.
