Issue
After applying Service Pack 1 to an 8.7d installation running on a 64-bit operating system, the System Monitor no longer responds or starts. Resolution
In the root of the installation drive (by default C:\) a new file named “Program” may have been created. Renaming this file will allow successful start-up and operation of the Webtrends – System Monitor service.
