Issue
The following message appears after installing Webtrends:
Flash9.ocx failed to register HRESULT -2147220473
When launching the product, the following error may appear:
“Dashboard Module requires a version of Macromedia Flash that is not installed on your machine”.
Resolution
Register the flash9.ocx file with the following command:
Start > Run > regsvr32 c:\windows\system32\macromed\flash\flash9.ocx
