Cause
When a user is uploading either an updated VDM Lookup file or associated XML file and the XML/CSV file contains ANSII characters it is important to remember that the Lookup Table import process for VDM adheres to strict ASCII and UTF-8 encoding
formats. As such, ANSII values are not supported. Attempts to import VDM Lookup Table import files with ANSII characters will cause the process to stall and or fail.
