Issue
Webtrends installed successfully but when attempting to view reports the following error displays:

Message: The Scheduler database specified in the web.xml file (jdbc:jtds:sqlserver://SERVERNAME:1433;DatabaseName=wt_sched)
could not be accessed for the following reason:
Database not available at “jdbc:jtds:sqlserver://SERVERNAME:1433;DatabaseName=wt_sched”.

Cause
The installation uses MS SQL 2000 with Service Pack 3 or less.
Resolution
Install Service Pack 4 for MS SQL Server 2000, then log into Webtrends and attempt to view reports again. Also, check the SQL installation and make sure that TCP/IP pipes are enabled.
