Webtrends Analytics 8.1Cause
Setting a custom URL as the splash screen for the login page returns a “Page not found” error. The URL used in the example uses the following syntax:
http://www.domain.org/index.html
The user interface, however, appends the following string to the URL:
&language=en_us
The resulting URL is as shown below:
http://www.domain.org/index.html&language=en_us
Resolution
The question mark (?) is required after the page file extension (.html) and the ampersand is intended to separate parameters, though in this case no parameter precedes language=en_us.As a workaround, enter the URL with the question mark and a dummy parameter. The parameter appended to the string will then be syntactically correct and the page will display in the user interface.
