All jobs became disabled: How do I re-enable them?

Issue

A change in the UI, which affects how Webtrends operates as an application, often results in the Webtrends needing to restart services. Webtrends disables all jobs during its shutdown process and re-enables them when the program starts backup. If the services are brought up manually instead of letting Webtrends bring them backup, all jobs will now be disabled.

Resolution

Stop all services except for the Webtrends MYSQL service

Via CMD line, navigate to the following directory-

[Webtrends Root]\modules\analysis

Type:

SystemShutdown.exe mode=start

Select the “Enter” to execute the above statement

All services should start back up and all profiles, which were disabled during the shutdown sequence, should now be enabled.
