Issue
You receive the error 403 Forbidden when logging into Webtrends after installing on Windows 2008.
Cause
The file default.htm needs to be added to the Default Document list in IIS.
Resolution
In Administrative Tools open the Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager and open the Default Document settings. Click Add and enter default.htm then click OK. Select default.htm and click Move Up until it is at the top of the list. Restart IIS to have the changes take effect.
