Issue
The HTC EVO does not appear under the Mobile Devices or Devices reports.
Resolution
The Model Name of the HTC EVO is PC36100. That is the value passed to Webtrends and what will be reported. Any instances of HTC EVO are the result of users changing the Model Name of their device manually.
The other possibility for older versions of On Premises software is that the browser.ini needs to be updated. This can be done by upgrading to the latest version of the software. Please contact Webtrends Technical Support for more information.
