Why do I see “Missing Value” in my custom report?

When viewing a custom report you see an entry of “Missing Value”. What causes this entry to appear?


This happens when the option is enabled to have WebTrends try to correlate multiple values from one parameter with multiple values from another parameter. Since the analysis engine will match up the first value for each parameter with the first value of the second parameter, etc… each of the 1st dimension values will have to be passed once for each value that is passed for the last dimension. If any parameter is passed without enough values, you will see “Missing Value” in the report.
