Why can’t I change my time zones in Webtrends?
Resolution
In earlier versions of Webtrends, the time zone for a profile was able to be changed at any point. As of 8.5 and newer versions of Webtrends, this is not the case.
In Webtrends 8.5 and above, the time zone setting can only be changed during profile creation. As this is the case, to change the time zone, you would need to create a copy of the profile and at this point, you can change the time zone.
