Where can I find the installation logs to troubleshoot issues with installing Webtrends?

If problems occur during installation of the product, Technical Support may require the installation’s debug logs to assist with troubleshooting.


Navigate to the Webtrends installation folder on the Webtrends server. The default location for installation is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Webtrends

The logs are in the \Logs\Install folder. If Technical Support requests these log files, please create a .zip file of the folder and send it to Technical Support as an attachment in response to the case e-mail, or upload them to the Webtrends Transfer server if you have been provided login credentials.
