Issue
Where are zipped log files extracted for analysis?
Resolution
During analysis, the application extracts log files from compressed archives prior to analysis, storing them in the following default location:
\Webtrends\modules\analysis\engine\[version number]\wtm_wtx\datfiles\databases\\.logtmp
This location cannot be changed; compressed log files will always be extracted to the location above. If hard drive space is limited, it is recommended that the main application or analysis node be installed on a drive with plenty of hard drive space to handle the extraction process.
