Issue
Where are the FTP and compression caches located?
Resolution
Situation:
The FTP and compression caches (zipcache) retain temporary files saved in those locations during analysis. When an analysis fails the retrieved/uncompressed files may persist and it will be necessary manually remove them.
Process:
The caches are located in the following default locations:
\Webtrends\modules\analysis\engine\[version number]\wtm_wtx\datfiles\zipcache
\Webtrends\modules\analysis\engine\[version number]\wtm_wtx\datfiles\ftp
Ensure analysis is not in progress when removing these folders/files.
