It is possible for a report to completely cease to function, or a measure within a report to cease to function. Below are examples of each.

Example of a report ceasing to function:
If a report has a dimension that requires a value starting with WT.vr, then the report will no longer work as it cannot acquire dimensional data.

The report called “Most Recent Campaign ID” will cease to function completely because the dimension it’s using to acquire its data is WT.vr.rac.

Example of a measure within a report ceasing to function:
If a report uses a dimension that does not start with WT.vr, but has a measure based on a value requiring visitor history, the report itself will only have data for measures that do not require it.

The report called “Key Metrics” uses a dimension “Time Period”, which is not a visitor history based dimension. However, measures within the report are such as Daily Visitors, Weekly Visitors, Monthly Visitors, Quarterly Visitors, and Yearly Visitors. When this report is produced, these measures in the report will not populate with any data, but other metrics such as Views (Page Views) will.
