What is the Dynamic Visitors Measure?
Resolution
The Dynamic Visitors measure is a “smart measure” designed to dynamically select the appropriate Visitors measure (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, or Yearly) based on the time frame currently selected in the Webtrends Reporting Console.
For example, if a day is selected on the calendar, the Dynamic Visitors (Daily) measures is shown. If a week is selected, the Dynamic Visitors (Weekly) measure is shown. For each period, the measure is intended to show the number of unique visitors Webtrends tracked over that period.
This measure appears on the Key Metrics Summary report by default and can be added to custom reports by adding the Daily Visitors, Weekly Visitors, Monthly Visitors, Quarterly Visitors, and Yearly Visitors measures. When the report is generated, the Dynamic Visitors column is available. (Similarly, there is a Dynamic Buyers measure that works the same way.)
