Issue
There are 3rd party software that will modify the hosts file so that the SDK cannot send traffic properly from a mobile phone. Which leaves us with a question: What can I do if an ad blocker is blocking mobile SDK traffic?
Resolution
The way that the software works is by modifying the host file on the phone. There is no way to get around this (other than editing the host file to remove Webtrends entries). That being said, the app can be coded to stop retrying after so many times or if that type of program is detected.
