What are the system requirements to view Webtrends reports on a Macintosh-based client?
Resolution
To view reports within the Webtrends Reporting Console, the client machine must meet or exceed the requirements listed below. In addition to the software components described below, the Java Embedding Plugin must be installed. This can be downloaded from the following URL:
http://javaplugin.sourceforge.net/
Supported operating systems:
Mac OS X 10.3.9 or higher with Apple’s Java v1.4.2_05 or higher
Supported browsers:
Mozilla Firefox current version
Support limitations:
Webtrends ODBC driver is not supported on Macintosh platforms. Webtrends does not support report exports from Macintosh browsers. To schedule an export from the server, use an emailed Scheduled Report.
