Issue
Total visitors in the Key Metrics Summary is lower than the Overview Dashboard
Resolution
The Key Metrics Summary table is tied to Visitor History, which relies on session tracking rather than IP-tracked transitions. It does not include the IP-tracked visitors, whereas the total visitors in the Overview Dashboard counts all visitors, regardless of session-tracking method.
