Issue
When viewing the “Content Group and Sub-Groups” report the measure “Percent of Visits” reports over 100% when looking at the Sub-Groups breakdown.
Resolution
The reason this can occur is because a visitor can visit more than one Sub-Group during the visit to that Content Group. Since the visitor can visit mutiple Sub-Groups during the same visit only one visit will be counted to the Content Group whereas each of the Sub-Groups would be recorded as separate visits. The percentages shown for the Sub-Groups are based off of the Content Group visits rather than the Sub-Groups visits.
