How does webtrends calculate the Average Time Viewed measure for pages?
Resolution
Webtrends calculates the “Average Time Viewed” metric by collecting the time between page transitions for each visitor, sums the total time for page transitions, then divides this value by the total number of pages viewed. Single-page visits and exit pages do not figure in to this calculation.
