How do I manually download the Report Exporter?

Note: The Report Exporter was deprecated in version 9.5
The Report Exporter can be downloaded from a Webtrends installation using the following URL (modified to point to the server and port):
http://server:port/wrc/component/ReportExporter/docutil_installer.zip
In WT versions up to 9.2b, it is also available via the installed components link in the Administration Console, located here:
Install Components > Accessories > Webtrends Client Component Installations
