Issue
How do I disable product update alerts?
Resolution
To disable product update alerts navigate to the following location in the Webtrends user interface:
Administration > System Management > Monitoring > Alerts > Configuration
From the drop-down menu, select “Product Update,” then uncheck the “Enabled” box and save the change. Product update alerts will now no longer display.
