Issue
How do I delete the HTML page title retrieval cache file?
Resolution
Page titles are stored on a per-profile basis in the directory:
\Webtrends\storage\config\wtm_wtx\datfiles\titles\.wdb
To delete the HTML Page Title Cache file:
- Make sure no analyses are running.
- Locate the appropriate .wdb file from the directory listed above.
- Delete the file.
- Analyze your profile to get new title information.
Note: If you want to see titles for data that has already been analyzed you will need to Clear the analysis data and analyze the profile again.
