How can I determine the design of a custom report when I cannot edit it?

Resolution

The built-in custom reports that come with the product are not editable. On occasion there is a need to determine what dimensions or measures are in a custom report and how they are applied, for example, when creating a report that emulates or builds on the behavior of a standard report.

Under “Administration” > “Report Configuration” > “Custom Reports” > “Reports” the contents of a custom report can be viewed even though they cannot be edited. Hover over the custom report name, select “Action” and then “Copy.” The copy wizard displays and the contents of the report can be examined. When complete, cancel the copy so it does not create a copy of the custom report.
