Issue
The service account name displayed by the installer during an upgrade of the product is incorrect, however the option to modify this field is not available, thereby making it impossible to add the correct account during the installation process.
Resolution
Stop the installer, and use Microsoft Management Studio to connect to the system database to manually modify this value. The field is in the wtMaster part of the database, in the wt_servicegroup table. After the entry has been updated, close the database manager and attempt the installation again.
