Issue
When attempting to export a report, the option for Microsoft Excel (MDB Database) is grayed out and unavailable.
Resolution
There are two explanations for this. If the report in question is dashboard, which is actually a collection of data from other reports, then the export will fail because the Report Exporter cannot export to Microsoft Excel (MDB Database) format, which is designed to work with only a single report at a time.
The other reason relates to language encoding. If the profile is set to UTF-8 then this export option will not be available. To resolve this, modify the profile to use a different encoding. Please note this will affect the analyzed data and you will lose the ability to use the Encoding Conversion.
