Issue
You attempt to export to CSV to email but when you open it from Outlook you receive an error:

Cannot create file: report.csv. Right-click the folder you want to create the file in, and then click Properties on the shortcut menu to check your permissions for the folder.
Cause
This is an Outlook error and is not actually due to Webtrends. The issue is that there is a temp folder Outlook uses when you preview attachments. If this folder has multiple files with the same name, Outlook begins adding numbers to them such as report(1).csv, report(2).csv etc. When this number reaches 99, this error will appear.
Resolution
To fix it, locate the Outlook temp folder and delete the unnecessary files.Please consult Microsoft documentation for assistance in locating this folder.
