WebTrends server error ID: 100 on Scheduled Export

Issue

This error will sometimes occur when performing a scheduled export and the text of the email will include this error number as well as additional error text such as the following:

Unexpected internal error on WebTrends server. Debug information: com.webtrends.report.businesslayer.ondemand.OnDemandReportParameters$NoReportsInternalError: ErrorText_NoTemplatesFound. WebTrends server error ID: 100

Unexpected internal error on WebTrends server. Debug information: com.webtrends.common.utils.WtException: Internal Error : null

Cause

This generally occurs when there is a resource conflict.

Resolution

The solution is to run the export again manually and try adjusting the schedule of your export to ensure resources and data are available.
