Issue
When attempting an install or an upgrade you get an error similar to “Webtrends cannot determine if .NET X.X is installed..”
Resolution
1. Open a command prompt and navigate to the corresponding version of .NET within the c:\windows\microsoft.net\framework\ folder.
2. Run aspnet_regiis -i within that folder
3. It will run through an installation process and then list it’s success or failure.
4. Try the install again.
