Issue
The following error messages display in the status logs after an analysis failure:
1. WARNING: ASU returned with an error code:1
2. WARNING: Token “concurrent_tasks” does not exist in agent.conf. Populate this token and a value in agent.conf
Resolution
This typically means that the agent.conf file is empty or corrupt. To resolve this, look in \modules\agent for agent.bak and make sure the file contains data. If so, rename the agent.conf in the same directory to something such as agent.conf.old and create a copy of agent.bak. Rename the copy to agent.conf and restart your Webtrends – Scheduler Agent service.
