Unable to connect to Webtrends via the ODBC driver.


The ODBC driver does not have a configuration option for proxies. To manually configure the system, obtain the server address and port for the proxy from the network administrator and then follow these steps:

1. Select Start > Run, then type cmd and click OK. This will open a command line window.

2. Type proxycfg -p : where ipaddress and port are the IP address and port of the proxy server.

3. Press ENTER. The ODBC driver should now connect through the proxy.
