Trending graph does not appear in custom report

Issue

A trending graph is enabled in the custom report, however within the template and in the profile, the trending graph does not appear.

Resolution

Locate the default.ini for custom reports found in following path:

\Webtrends\storage\config\wtm_wtx\datfiles\customtables

Open default.ini and locate the entry for the custom report and change this line:

graphtype = topitems

Change to:

graphtype = timeline topitems

Save the file, edit the template to which the report was added, remove the report, then re-add it and save the changes to the template. The trending graph should now be visible on the template and within the profile.

Note: The report only needs to be removed and re-added to the template, not the profile.
