The default “All Entry Pages” Path Analysis report is unavailable after adding a custom Path Analysis to a profile

Issue

After adding a custom Path Analysis to a profile and reanalyzing, the default Path Analysis report “All Entry Pages” is no longer available in the Path Analysis reports.

Cause

This is the expected behavior; inclusion of a custom Path Analysis report will replace the one initially available.

Resolution

To re-add the “All Entry Pages” Path Analysis report, perform the steps below:

1. Edit the profile and select Advanced > Path Analysis.

2.Check the box for “Paths from Entry” and save the change.

The default “All Entry Pages” Path Analysis report will now be available along with the custom Path Analysis report the next time the profile is reanalyzed.
