Issue

The time stamp in Webtrends’ statuslogs are off by one hour after the change to Daylight Savings Time (DST).

Resolution

As a temporary workaround, users can uncheck the option to automatically adjust for DST in Windows.

ENG330279 indicates the cause of this issue results from a defect in JRE 1.5.0_08. The TeamTrack provides a solution for customers remaining on the current version.

A new bug has been filed for the 9.2x versions of the application
ENG381414: Status messages are off in the UI for MST and EST (possibly more) timezones after Daylight Savings Time took effect.

Alternatively, customers can upgrade to 8.5a or later and the issue will be corrected in the process.
