Issue
When trying to update or change dates in Webtrends SmartReports, the following error displays:

Run-time error “53”: File not found
Resolution
Webtrends SmartReports requires Webtrends Report Exporter to also be installed for full functionality. Install Webtrends Report Exporter by selecting Install Components in the Webtrends user interface. The Report Exporter is part of the Client Components.
