Report displays data in one profile but not in another

Issue

You create a custom report that is added to multiple profiles. It populates with data on one profile but not on another.

Cause

Check the dimensions that are being used within this report. Some dimensions (content groups for example) require that standard reports be enabled on the profile. If standard reports are not enabled on the profile, the report will be empty.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, enable the standard reports.
