Issue
Profile and Template rights are lost.
Cause
If a user edits a Profile and goes to the Profile Access tab, then saves the Profile, even if no changes are made, the Role will lose access to the Profile and Template/s.
Resolution
This is not intended behavior but in general, this tab never needs to be accessed. User access to a profile is controlled at the user account level, not the Profile level.
