Issue
When attempting to access the Webtrends user interface, the following message displays:
Page cannot be displayed.
All Webtrends services are running, the home directory and port are correct, and running the command “netstat -a” from a command line shows no one is sharing port 7099.
Cause
This may be caused by the VMware Web Access service, used for a VMware monitoring server and contains a web server component.
Resolution
VMware Web Accesscomponent prevents IIS from responding and therefore must be stopped so Webtrends is able to function.
