No Express Analysis data in report

Issue

The user interface shows Express Analysis is enabled, but Express Analysis does not run and/or Express Analysis data is not present in the reports.

Resolution

1. Navigate to the following location:

\Webtrends\storage\config\wtm_wtx\datfiles\profiles

2. Edit the .wlp file associated with the profile.

3. Locate the [profile] section.

Find the following:

disabled = true

change to

disabled = false

Save the change.
